The Nourished Edition is a weekly meal kit delivery service designed specifically for women in peri-menopause and menopause. We provide clean, hormone-free, locally sourced ingredients to support your health and wellbeing through every stage of midlife.

When does my order need to be in by?
Please place your order, by the Monday, the week prior to your preferred delivery date.

We deliver on specific days depending on your location. You’ll be able to view the delivery dates for your area under our Delivery Dates section. You’ll also be able to let us know your preferred delivery date before checking out your meals. Please leave delivery date and safe drop location in the special instructions + box.

We understand that preferences vary. If you’d like to swap an ingredient — for example, replacing coriander with a different herb — you can leave a note in the special instructions box on the Checkout page. You can also contact us directly through the contact section of our website. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Not necessarily. Our meal kits are packed in insulated packaging to stay fresh for several hours. If you won’t be home, we recommend leaving instructions during checkout for a safe drop-off location.

We work with local farmers and producers to ensure our meals are made from high-quality, hormone-free, seasonal ingredients. Supporting local is part of our mission to nourish both you and the community.

Our meals are carefully crafted for hormonal balance and nourishment. While we don’t currently cater to specific allergies or diets (e.g. gluten-free or dairy-free), many of our meals are naturally adaptable. You can always contact us with questions about ingredients before ordering.

Not at this stage. We offer flexible fortnightly ordering with no lock-in contracts. Order when it suits you.
